Comfort Food & Craft Beer in North Knoxville

The Black Dog, a North Knoxville gastropub where elevated comfort food, house-brewed craft beer, and killer cocktails share the same stage. The kitchen turns out bold, thoughtful dishes and pizza-oven pies designed to play perfectly with an impressive range of beers brewed onsite, from laid-back classics to boundary-pushing pours. But Black Dog doesn’t stop at beer. Knoxville wanted a spot that delivered the full setlist-- great food, craft brews, and cocktails with swagger, and that’s exactly what we built. 

Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10AM > 3PM, with one of the most crave-worthy brunch menus in Knoxville, an iconic patio with live music during the warmer months, and a space that feels like your coolest aunt’s ’70s basement-- vintage, moody, a little rebellious, and finished with a modern edge. Every detail is intentional, every vibe dialed in, and every visit feels like an encore.
