About

The Black Dog Knoxville

better than anything you've had before.

Live music. Great Food. Damn good beer.

Black Dog Knoxville is proudly owned and operated by BBN Hospitality, the team behind some of the region’s most beloved concepts, including The Brass Pearl, Stock & Barrel, and Chivo. Known for creating spaces with soul, BBN Hospitality brings together thoughtful design, strong culinary identity, and a deep respect for community. Black Dog is no exception—a place built with intention, personality, and just the right amount of rock-and-roll rebellion.

Add in one of the most crave-worthy brunch menus in Knoxville, an iconic patio with live music during the warmer months, and a space that feels like your coolest aunt’s ’70s basement-- vintage, moody, a little rebellious, and finished with a modern edge. Every detail is intentional, every vibe dialed in, and every visit feels like an encore.

We brought the beer. Chivo brought the goats. Nobody really knows where the hoes came from...

🍺Come see what happens when the family gets together.

It’s October, we have Oktoberfest. Not a coincidence. See you The Black Dog. Don’t forget to order the pretzel. 🥨

Yup, I think we covered it all..

🍻 NOT only on tap...

Sometimes one beer just isn’t enough. Good thing you can take the party home with a 4-pack.

Stock the fridge. Impress your friends. And don’t forget your 4-pack at the next visit.🍻

🍊 If you could taste game day, it would taste a little like this...

Before the Vols take on Texas, we’re getting the pregame started the right way: cold Dreamsicle brews, good people, and absolutely no shortage of orange in the building.

Join us for the game. We’ve got TV’s inside & outside!🤝
